Return policy:

If you are not satisfied with your order you may return it for an exchange or refund. Your item must be received by us within 7 working days after you received your item for customers in the UK, 10 working days for customers in Europe and USA and 14 working days for the rest of the world. To be eligible for a refund or exchange item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, in a resalable condition, unworn, unscented (no perfumes or odours) with all tags, and ribbons remaining attached. If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or an exchange.

Our returns/ exchange process:

- you will receive our returns address.

- post your item to us, using a trackable method and retain receipt as proof of postage.

- a returns request and proof of returns postage must be received within 5 days of you receiving your item.

- full refund or exchange will be administered once item is received by us in a satisfactory condition.

- refunds exclude shipping charge, in the case free shipping was applied, a shipping fee will be deducted from total amount due for refund.

- return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. The customer will cover cost of return, and the item remains in your custody until we have received it at our facility.

Custom Orders:

A custom order refers to but not limited to an order placed where you have sent in your measurements to have an item made to measure. Please take extra precaution when taking your measurements, as items will be made exact to your parameters, we will we not be liable for non-fit where measurements are accurate on our part. No refunds will be made for non-fit garments if the measurement is true to the measurements we received. We will be as helpful as possible in the form of but not limited to offering alterations or exchanges where possible*** this is on a case by case basis and is not guaranteed.

DELIVERY OF ORDERED GOODS WILL BE CARRIED OUT TO THE ADDRESS SUPPLIED BY THE CUSTOMER. DELIVERY FOR PREORDERS WILL BE MADE AS SOON AS PRODUCTS ARE READY FOR DISPATCH THROUGH THE CUSTOMERS SELECTED DELIVERY METHOD.
